There's 7 levels in cheerleading numbered 1 to 7. These levels are regulated by the USASF and IASF that are cheerleading organizations , the levels do not indicate if the team is good or not , the levels indicate the abilities that the teams can do.
Level 1: Basic movements. Simple jumps. Acrobatics without twists or inversions. There's principiants , children and people who begin i the sport in this level
Level 2: Small twists and more dynamic stunts are added. and there's teams with more experience at this level.
Level 3: Faster acrobatics, full turns, and more power in the ports. there's intermediate teams that domain the basic of the sport Level
4: Somersaults, inversions in the air, and taller pyramids. More advanced teams that train constantly
Level 5: Elite moves, double twists, and very complex routines. Teams with a great competitive level
Level 6: Extreme acrobatics, quick transitions, and maximum coordination. Very experimented athletes Level 7: All of the above, but with total freedom to create spectacular routines. Professional and international level
